01. How Far In Advance Should I book My Services?

The more notice you provide, the wider the talent options and time available for custom branding and styling.


We can also complete bookings and event coordination in as little as 24 hours, depending on requirements.

02. What Form Of Payments Do You Accept? Do You Accept Gratuities?

Legend Entertainment accepts all major credit cards with a 3.5% transaction fee.


We also welcome company and personal checks, which must be received at least 7 business days before your event.


For convenience, we accept popular payment apps including PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.


Balance payments can be made in cash on-site. While gratuities are optional, they are commonly appreciated for model bartenders, servers, and golf caddies.

03. How Do I Secure My Talent For The Event?

Event Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your talent booking with Legend Entertainment. The remaining balance is due on the event day, prior to the start time.


Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels after confirmation, except in cases of force majeure. In rare instances where talent must cancel due to emergencies, clients will receive a refund if a suitable replacement is not approved.

04. How Early Will Talent Arrive Prior To The Booking?

Talent Call Time and Scheduling Policy
Talent will be scheduled to arrive 15 minutes before their shift if arriving dressed and ready to work. For events requiring costume changes or event badge pickup, a 30-minute call time is scheduled at no extra charge. Earlier call times can be arranged upon client request, with additional fees applied for extended talent hours.

05. What Happens If the Talent I Chose Cancels After I've Already Paid?

Legend Entertainment guarantees top-quality talent and service. Clients receive a full refund if any model or performer cancels before or during the booking—though such cancellations are extremely rare.

06. How Do Your Rates Compare To Other Local Agencies? What Is Your Booking Fee?

Legend Entertainment offers highly competitive rates, often lower than other agencies. Our standard booking fee is a 20% agency fee, with a minimum charge of $300-$500 based on booking complexity.

07. Do I need to cover the Talent’s lunch or parking expenses?

Parking Reimbursement & Per Diem Policies for Event Talent
Most clients provide parking reimbursement ranging from $15 to $25, depending on the venue. For trade shows and longer shifts with lunch breaks, a food per diem of $20-$25 per day or catered meals are commonly offered.


While per diems and reimbursements aren’t mandatory, they attract higher-quality talent and increase candidate availability. These incentives vary by talent and booking. For details on per diems, riders, and additional terms, consult your Legend Entertainment representative.

To get a quote, provide your event Date, Time, Location, Talent Types, Duties, and Wardrobe details. After proposal approval, we query our Talent database and submit available performers for your selection.



A 50% deposit secures your chosen talent. Your dedicated Legend Agent handles contracts, event details, and often provides on-site talent management and quality control—ensuring smooth execution. Agents coordinate logistics including parking, arrival times, wardrobe, hair & makeup, and arrange backups for rare emergencies.
